Principle of self-cascade refrigeration system:By taking advantage of the characteristic that the boiling points of the co-voltage mixed working medium are different at the same pressure, the cascade refrigeration effect can be achieved with only one compressor. The core principle is as follows: The mixed working medium is compressed by the compressor into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, which then enters the condenser. The high-boiling-point components condense into liquid, while the low-boiling-point components remain in gaseous state. Subsequently, they are separated through a gas-liquid separator. The high-boiling-point liquid working medium after separation is depressified by the throttling valve and then enters the condensing evaporator, serving as the cold source for the low-temperature refrigerant to condense. The low-boiling-point gaseous working medium is cooled and condensed into a liquid in the condenser evaporator, then passes through the throttling valve to reduce pressure and enters the evaporator. After absorbing the user's cooling energy, it evaporates and finally mixes with the uncondensed high-boiling-point working medium vapor, which is then sucked back into the compressor to complete the cycle.
