Product use
It is applicable to the adaptability test of electrical, electronic, instrument and other products, components and materials during storage, transportation and use in high and low temperature alternating wet heat environment. It is a reliability testing device for conducting cold resistance, heat resistance, moisture resistance, dryness resistance tests and quality control engineering on various electronic, electrical, plastic and other raw materials and components. It is particularly suitable for high-temperature, low-temperature and moisture-resistant cycle tests of products such as optical fibers, LCDS, crystals, inductors, PCBS, batteries, computers and mobile phones.

Product feature：
1. The outer box material is made of high-quality A3 steel plate processed by CNC machine tools, and the surface of the shell is treated with powder coating, making it more smooth and beautiful.
2. The inner box material is SUS304 stainless steel plate
3. Insulation material: rigid polyurethane foam + glass fiber
4. The large observation window is equipped with a lighting lamp to keep the interior bright, and the tempered glass embedded in the heating body is used to clearly observe the conditions inside the interior at any time.
5. Programmable controller: The temperature control instrument adopts a (touch screen) super-large screen display. The screen operation is simple and the program editing is easy. The real-time operation curve graph of the controller operation interface can be displayed on the screen.
6. Heater control mode: PID control mode, using contactless equal-period pulse width modulation SSR (solid state relay) humidifier for boiler humidification. Humidifier control mode: PID control mode. Water level control device, heater anti-dry-burning device.
7. Refrigeration and air circulation system: The refrigeration machine adopts imported compressors. The refrigeration system adopts a unit or dual low-temperature circuit system design.
8. A multi-wing blower is adopted for strong air circulation to avoid any dead corners, ensuring uniform temperature and humidity distribution within the test area. The air duct circulation design for supply and return air ensures that both air pressure and air velocity meet the testing standards, and it can also make the temperature and humidity stabilize quickly the moment the door is opened.
