Box Structure
The box body is formed by CNC machine tools, with an elegant and generous appearance and easy operation.
The large observation window, with tempered glass embedded in the heating body, allows for a clear view of the internal conditions at any time.
The humidification system pipeline is separated from the control circuit board, which can prevent malfunctions caused by water leakage in the humidification pipeline and enhance safety. The waterway system, pipeline and circuit system are convenient for maintenance and repair.
The insulation of the box body adopts superfine glass fiber insulation cotton, which can avoid unnecessary energy loss.

Control system

The programmable controller and temperature and humidity control instrument adopt a (touch screen) large screen display. The screen operation is simple and the program editing is easy.
The controller operation interface can be set in both Chinese and English, and the real-time operation curve graph can be displayed on the screen.
It has a capacity of 120 programs, 12,000 segments and 999 loop steps, with the maximum setting time for each segment being 99 hours and 59 minutes.
After the data and test conditions are input, the controller has a screen lock function to prevent the machine from stopping due to human touch.
It has the function of automatic calculation, which can immediately correct the temperature and humidity change conditions, making the temperature and humidity control more precise and stable.

Refrigeration and internal air duct circulation system
The refrigeration machine adopts the original French "Tecumseh" hermetic compressor or the Italian Bitzer semi-hermetic compressor.
The refrigeration system adopts a unit or dual low-temperature circuit system design.
The multi-wing blower is adopted for strong air circulation, avoiding any dead corners and ensuring uniform temperature and humidity distribution within the test area.
The air duct circulation design for supply and return air ensures that both air pressure and air velocity meet the testing standards, and it can also make the temperature and humidity stabilize quickly the moment the door is opened.
The complete independence of the heating, cooling and humidification systems can enhance efficiency, reduce testing costs, extend service life and lower failure rates.
