Q0——Total heat load to be removed from electrical cabinet
QR ——The heat load (W) transmitted from the outside of the electric cabinet to the inside of the cabinet; QV - the total heat load (W) generated by the components in the cabinet; (Note: Heating function can be increased (except 300-500); refrigeration capacity 400-10000W customized.
Empirical formula for calculating total heat generated by equipment in cabinet
1、 Frequency converter, driver, servo amplifier, industrial computer calorific value: calorific value can be estimated as 3% of the total power of the equipment;
2、 The calorific value of storage battery in energy storage power station is mainly generated during charging and discharging. The main heating equipment is PCS energy storage converter. Under uniform charging condition, the calorific value is about 2.5% of PCS;
3、 Large transformer can be 1%~1.5% of transformer capacity.
4、 Others, ordinary server calorific, about 150 ~ 300W; UPS calorific, power of 30%.
5、 Calorific value of PLC, open, contactor and other components: a group of about 30W~30W calorific value
6、K - heat conductivity (W/m2). K), the value varies according to the cabinet material. Generally speaking, low carbon steel is 5.5, stainless steel plate is 4.5, aluminium plate is 12, plastic is 0.3 IK = 1.5w/m.k - - slag asbestos (asbestos). (Note: the above thermal conductivity coefficients are the values without thermal insulation layer, if there is thermal insulation layer, the user must root. According to the material and thickness of the actual insulation layer, we can also refer to or consult our technical selection.
7、 Δ T——The temperature difference inside and outside the cabinet and the change of temperature (for example, day/night, summer/winter) must be fully considered. It is decided that the temperature difference is the allowable temperature inside the cabinet and the ambient temperature outside the cabinet (that is, the ambient temperature at the working site).
8、 A ——The actual heat dissipation area (m2) of the cabinet body and the installation mode of the cabinet body have great influence on the heat dissipation of the cabinet body. For the calculation of the heat dissipation area of the electric cabinet, please refer to the calculation of the surface area of the cabinet body at point 3 above: (width = cabinet body width, height = cabinet body height, depth = cabinet body depth).
9、 1.2 ——Allowance coefficient, according to the heat load of 1.2 times the choice of air conditioning model, in order to achieve good cooling effect.
Example: The shape of electric cabinet is 2000 *1400 *600 (mm). The cabinet is surrounded by open space and has a base. The material of electric cabinet is low carbon steel. The ambient temperature of electric cabinet is 35 C (To=35 C). The electric cabinet is composed of ordinary electrical components with small calorific value. The electric board is about 0.8m2, and the temperature of electric cabinet is 28 C (Ti=28 C). The electrics need to be selected and matched. The cabinet size is calculated as follows:
Calculating Method of Air Conditioning Selection for Electric Cabinet:
A=1.8×2.0×1.4+1.8×2.0×0.6+1.8×1.4×0.6=5.04+2.16+1.512=8.7m2
A=1.8×2.0×1.4+1.8×2.0×0.6+1.8×1.4×0.6=5.04+2.16+1.512=8.7m2
QV=200×0.8=160W
QT=1.2×(QV+QR)=1.2×(160+335)=594W
